The Problem

Brwa Accounting's team was running client records on Excel spreadsheets, and the core issue wasn't speed — it was trusting the data. Information was inconsistent and error-prone, staff were accidentally deleting records, and there was no way to know who changed what. On top of that, deadlines were slipping because tasks had no structure or ownership.

What We Built

A custom CRM dashboard that replaced the spreadsheets entirely, with:

Role-based access control

Only the founder can delete records. Each team member has their own permissions, so no more accidental data loss.

Automated task handoffs and notifications

When one person finishes their part, the next person gets notified automatically. Unpicked tasks trigger reminders so nothing sits idle.

Companies House automation

CH filings now pull the correct data automatically, replacing error-prone manual lookups.

Proactive payroll scheduling

All payroll tasks are auto-created in the dashboard 7 days before their monthly due date, giving the team a full week to complete them.
